You agree on notice that Custom Chair Mats are not returnable. Unlike other sites, we have made every effort to describe your purchase via pictures and descriptions. If you are still unsure if one of our products will work for your application, please request a sample/samples via email, fax or phone. We will promptly send them to you.
You agree on notice that Scratch, Dent and or other items listed on our Scratch & Dent Sales page are not returnable.
During checkout you certify you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. The Mat Store is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If the order has not shipped by the time you contact us we will be able to alter the address.
UPS/FedEx Corrected Address: Carriers charge us additional fees for addresses that they correct during delivery attempts. Exam: Wrong zip code, wrong street address, missing suite number, etc. Current address correction fees are $17.00.
If you receive a defective chair mat, we will do everything in our power to make sure you receive a replacement at no cost to you. You must contact us within 2-3 business days of receiving the item to get the necessary information that may be needed to process a claim, provide a return authorization, etc.. The Mat Store will take care of any shipping charges to return the defective chair mat and get the replacement to you.
